Refunds & Returns Policy
Customers are permitted to return merchandise purchased at X Convenience stores within 30 days of the purchase date indicated on the receipt.
Customers returning goods must ensure the items are in new, unused condition and must have the original receipt.
Returned goods must only be returned to the store where the item(s) were purchased. Refunds will only be issued to customers using the original payment method.
Without the original receipt, X Convenience reserves the right to decline any request for refund or replacement.
Additionally, where X Convenience cannot reasonably determine if a product is in new unused condition, we reserve the right to decline any request for refund or replacement.
Food & Beverage Returns
If a food or drink product was made incorrectly, customers can request it be remade at the location where they ordered it. Staff are permitted (within reason) to provide the customer with an equivalent (same) replacement product free of charge – no refund will be provided.
Customers are only permitted to request a replacement at the same X Convenience location where the product was originally purchased.
If a customer believes the replacement food or beverage item still does not meet standards, please refer the issue in writing to email@example.com
X Convenience highly recommends customers check their food and drink orders before leaving the store or drive through.
